Before You Reach Out

How far in advance should we book?+
For peak dates like July 4th, New Year's Eve, and homecoming season, we recommend several months of lead time. For everything else, reach out whenever you can. We'll tell you right away if we can make your date work.
Do you handle permits and safety approvals?+
Yes. Permitting and fire marshal coordination with local AHJs is handled in-house, and it's part of what venues appreciate about us. We're licensed, insured, and safety-driven on every show.
Which states do you serve?+
We're based in Palm Coast, Florida and work across 8 states plus Washington DC: FL, VA, DE, OH, GA, NC, NY, CA, and DC, plus nationwide travel for larger productions.
What does a show cost?+
Every event is different. Scope, effects, venue size, and site requirements all factor in. Share your event details and budget range and we'll give you an honest, line-item quote. If your budget won't stretch to a professional crew and proper safety setup, we'll tell you that too.
Can you do more than fireworks?+
Absolutely. Cold sparks, flames, fog and atmosphere, snow, CO2, confetti, streamers, balloon drops, and permanent installations like our Intelligent Fog System. One crew, one contact, one safety plan.
